1 General Terms and Conditions and Introduction

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

• Exploiting software errors in any game to create a profitable situation is strictly prohibited.

• In live betting, a bet may be rejected due to network latency at the time of bet acceptance.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Money Laundering: Using the platform with the intent to launder illegal funds.
• Chargebacks: Claiming a refund through a payment provider for a successfully completed transaction.
• Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes in coordination with other players.
• Automated Software: Placing bets using bots, scripts or any other automated tools.
• Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.

8 Account Cancellation, Suspension and Closure

88nb reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Access from a restricted region.
• The player requests account closure themselves or opts for self-exclusion.

Any valid balance in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player, after completion of any ongoing verification process.
